Multiple admins can now be created and managed through the back end on platform v9.9 and above.
Multiple admins can access the back end of a site allowing administrators to be more accountable for activities happening in the background.
To enable the feature, log into the back end of a site and click on Admin Management.
From here, click on Manage Admin Accounts located under ‘Admin Accounts.’
A separate window will be displayed allowing the administrator to insert new admin details.
When all information is completed, click on the Add button. To edit or delete an admin profile, click on the corresponding buttons.
To improve the security and accountability of administrative operations, Intellect has added a feature to disable the built-in admin account(s). To do this, users must navigate to the Admin Management tab and click on the Disable Built-In Admin button.
