You can view what has been happening at Machine Level by accessing the unit timeline of a machine unit. This will show you any reports submitted with that machine unit as the subject, as well as any comments or guides.
Use the Search button and within 'Search' look for the name of your machine (e.g. Filler)
Click on your machine, here you can search the Timeline (and add comments in to the Timeline), find out About the machine, see which Tasks are linked to the machine, view any submitted Reports and review any Guides about this machine:
