During Implementation:
Out of the Box Power BI Dashboards will be deployed to your instance during the Implementation process. You will be given the opportunity to review the boards and edit them as necessary. Once signed off, any future changes may incur additional fees which will be communicated by Zaptic.
After Implementation:
Any changes to your Boards will need to be agreed centrally and then communicated to Zaptic's BI team and your CSM.
Depending on the complexity on the change, the Zaptic team may need to arrange a Change Request to cover the costs of the amendments to your board.
