I think the procedure/task I am doing is not accurate - how can I raise this?
There are a few ways that you could feedback to your colleagues that the Procedure/Task is not accurate:
1) Within the Report submitted you can write a comment, here you could @ mention the Line Lead or Team member who you feel would be best actioning this.
2) You can use the "New action" task after submitting a report to ask a colleague to review the procedure. You will need to Assign this to a team member.
3) Within the app you can see which of your Team members have assigned you an Action:
If you have changes that you would make to this Procedure or Task you could contact the person who assigned you this action, as they will be a Collaborator on the task and would be able to make amendments.
