Procedure Timeline
The timeline allows you to see at a glance the status of the Procedure you’re reviewing. Here you can update your team who are working on this Procedure, even if you’re working on different shifts.

- You will see the Recent events from this Procedure, including any updates and reports added in by Team members.
- You can tag your Team members in report comments using the @ sign and then typing their name. This will then show up in the Timeline.
- You can also filter the Timeline to show recent updates - useful if you’ve not been working on that Procedure recently (due to a vacation for example).
- You will also see:
- The Procedure name.
- A description of the Procedure.
- Who has access - either as a Team (for the app) or a Collaborator (for the Portal). You can read more about this here.
- Any tags that has been assigned to this procedure.
