Welcome to the latest release of Zaptic! We are excited to unveil the new Home for Guides, along with other exciting enhancements - all based on your feedback and our commitment to excellence.

New features

This release is jampacked with new exciting additions that allow you to create and import knowledge much faster and easier.

 

Home for Guides

All your guides are now unified in one central hub! Effortlessly search your entire knowledge bank, spanning all procedures and units, and surfacing information faster and more seamlessly!

 

 
 

 

We have also simplified how you create and edit guides.

 

 
 

 

Gone are the days when the same guide had to be created for each procedure, machine or line. You can now create a single guide and link it to multiple procedures, machines or lines at the same time

 

 

 

Web Guides

If you house training content, OPLs and SOPs in another system, you can now bring these in easily to Zaptic using a web link. The best part? You don’t need to worry about keeping multiple copies updated!

 

 

 

Dynamic guide filtering

Cut out the noise to help operators find knowledge faster with dynamic filtering for guides - enabling this option filters the guides attached to a step by the report subject, such as machines or product.

 
 

 

Enabling this option in a content loop allows you to filter by loop subject. Learn more about how to streamline your CIL and centerline workflows into a single one here.

Open reports in boards

Great news! Reports now open straight in boards – no more waiting for boards to reload, no more tab juggling!

 

Open mobile-friendly reports from emails  

Now, when you open reports from email notifications, they’ll launch the mobile-friendly version! We’ve made on-the-go reading easier for a smoother, more responsive experience tailored for your mobile device.
