Fixes

The following bugs have been fixed as part of this release:

• Updated actions and comments icon on timeline posts.
• Unable to use jpeg files as unit images.
• Units/procedures with long names overlap in Guide sidebar.
• Duplicating a task causes the duplicated task to lose routing settings.
• Element tags disappear within loop when task is copied.
• Element tags do not copy when templating a step.
