User profile
Completing a user profile makes it easier for teams to connect and reach out for assistance, advice or guidance.
Call an expert
Call an expert is here to empower knowledge-driven operations to facilitate better communication and collaboration across frontline workers in the organisation. It goes hand-in-hand with the user profile page to know who you're calling.
Nominate experts in the portal, accessible to frontline workers from the app during task execution or from unit pages.
Frontline workers can contact experts while executing tasks to aid situational problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Translations
You can now translate reports, report comments and timelines to remove language barriers
Improvements
Done button moved
- The "Done" button is now located at the bottom of the form.
- Operators can also submit using the "Options" button in the top-right corner of the app.
Unit timeline - now online only
We have made the unit timeline only available online, to enhance the loading performance of the app.
Fixes
The following bugs have been fixed as part of this release:
- Editing a report from within a board can lead to errors.
- Admins of teams are added as collaborators when tasks are assigned to members.
- Camera element toggle causes buttons to disappear.
