This release introduces the AI Knowledge Assistant (AIKA) and the AI Flow Builder. These tools are designed to save you days of work by allowing you to create new flows from knowledge recorded in reports and guides.
You will have access to the full extent of these new features as part of our beta test until the end of February
New features
AIKA in the portal
Find answers quickly: No more digging through lengthy reports or guides. Simply ask a question, and the AI will surface the exact information you need from your knowledge base of manufacturing reports and guides.
AI Flow builder
Generate new guides effortlessly: Need a new guide or task tailored to a specific situation? The AI can help you create it directly from the insights you uncover.
Save Time and Reduce Errors: Spend less time searching for answers or drafting instructions, allowing you to focus on high-priority tasks and minimising errors on the front line.

Translate task and training flows
You can now translate tasks, training, and guides into another language with the click of a button!
Show text displays in reports:
You can turn on the option to show text display elements in reports - this is especially useful for centerline and quality checks so that comparisons can be made easily.
Enhancements
Thanks to your valuable feedback and continuous engagement, we've understood and prioritised what matters most to our customers. We've listened, we've acted, and now we're excited to roll out these improvements that you have asked for.
Back to ToDo
We have streamlined our task execution process - users return to their to-do list after completing tasks.
Team members in the training matrix
Team members will now show in the training matrix, even if they have no scheduled training. Team admins (who are not also team members) will only show if they have a training scheduled/in progress/completed in the procedure.
Fixes
The following bugs have been fixed as part of this release:
- Photos on the timelines fail to load after scrolling down a certain distance.
- A shrinking unit icon in the app - long unit and procedure names.
- Reports with long titles that are promoted to guides overlap within UI.
- Adding a Date Time element within flow authoring causes an ice cream error within the preview.
- Tasks(with recommended training) assigned to a user cause errors in notifications when a task is deleted.
- A timestamp within "Show Details" is unavailable when a guide is marked as complete.
- Actions created from a report with a calculation element throw an ice cream error when viewing the originating report in the history section.
