New features
Upload files to AIKA
You can now upload files directly to AIKA without the need to create guides first. This makes it easier to ask questions about specific documents or topics. It’s also a great way to quickly generate new flows or guides from existing documents that cover multiple subjects.
Improved Actions Management
New completion options: You can now assign an action to multiple teams or individuals and set whether all or some assignees must complete it.
Assign actions to units: Specify which equipment or area (or any other unit) you wish to attach the action to. This allows actions raised ad hoc to be given further meaning and filtered to location in task manager boards.
Notify teams in triggers
It is now easier for you to manage triggers to notify - you can now select teams to notify and individuals.
Contact collaborators during task execution
When executing a task, you can now contact both task collaborators and nominated experts, improving communication and collaboration throughout the process.

AIKA reads more filetypes
AIKA can now ingest and process .docx and .pptx files.
Task/training list scrollable
The task and training lists within procedures are now individually scrollable.
Fixes
The following bugs have been fixed as part of this release:
- 403 error when opening links to post comments in notification emails.
- Error when trying to complete an action assigned by a trigger.
