New features
Search beyond titles (for Guides)
Finding the right guide just got easier! With our new search in Home For Guides, results are no longer limited to just titles—now, guides are also surfaced based on their content and description. This means more relevant results, faster discovery, and less time spent searching. Whether you remember a key phrase or just the general topic, you’ll find the right guide when you need it.
New features for approval flows
Multiple final states
You can now designate multiple statuses as final to better represent various outcomes in the training matrix, such as Pass/Fail, Red/Amber/Green, or different competency levels.
Status emojis in the training matrix
Emojis used in status names will now appear in the training matrix, making it easier to read and interpret the information.
Show approvers on reports
Reports now include the names of approvers, so you can easily see who is responsible for approval or who to contact for further action.
Enhancements
Thanks to your valuable feedback and continuous engagement, we've understood and prioritised what matters most to our customers. We've listened, we've acted, and now we're excited to roll out these improvements that you have asked for.
Improved unit search when linking guides
When searching for units to link guides to, selecting the checkbox next to the unit type name now filters and adds only the matching search results.
New language - Flemish
Our app and portal now support a new language - Flemish.
Improved UX for submitting suggestion improvements
We've enhanced our feature to make it easier for users to submit feedback on how to improve flows.
Fixes
The following bugs have been fixed as part of this release:
- We have resolved some translation issues for German
- When editing flows, save button appears unexpectedly when no changes have been made.
- Incorrect validation on date/time element in flow authoring.
- "All actions completed" trigger action not working on reports containing an action created by another trigger.
- Authentication cannot be completed on small iOS devices.
Note for BI boards
Your current boards will not be affected by changes in this release. If your boards are managed by us, and you wish to use the emoji feature in any skills matrices hosted in Power BI, please log a ticket with support.
