New features
AIKA Content Access Controls
We've added a new permission that lets you control what content AIKA uses to answer questions. You can now limit access on a user by user basis, to uncodified troubleshooting reports to team leads and experienced operators, while keeping standard procedures available to everyone.
This way, your seasoned staff can tap into the full history of how problems were actually solved, while newer operators get clear guidance from established procedures. It's a practical approach that matches information access to experience levels, helping your team work more effectively without information overload.
Fixes
The following bugs have been fixed as part of this release:
- New flow suggestions still appear for deleted elements when the task is duplicated.
- Editing flows in portal breaks calculations that should only operate on dropdowns.
- Submit button unresponsive when trying to submit certain tasks.

A warning about changing units erroneously appears when executing a flow containing a content loop.
Note for BI boards:
Your boards will not be affected by this release.
