New features
Global Search Functionality in Portal
You can now search across tasks, training, reports, and guides from a single place. This new functionality is designed to make accessing key information faster and more straightforward.
Results can be sorted to refine searches, for example, to locate the most recent report.
Filtering results allows you to hone in on exactly what you need.
Enhancements
Thanks to your valuable feedback and continuous engagement, we've understood and prioritised what matters most to our customers. We've listened, we've acted, and now we're excited to roll out these improvements that you have asked for.
Triggered actions inherit report subject
Triggered actions can now automatically inherit the report subject from their originating reports, a feature similar to how subtasks function. This enhancement streamlines processes and reduces the need for manual data entry on the shop floor, as the report subject of an action can be linked and set automatically.
Set as/append more answers to report title
We have expanded this functionality to additional input elements date time and numerical.
Fixes
The following bugs have been fixed as part of this release:
- Issue uploading users with teams that begin with “
- Camera toggle option not present when activating the camera element,
- Triggers are failing to process due to timeout.

Marking a training with a datetime element as complete causes an error and the report cannot be edited.
