New features
Training admin
You can now search across tasks, training, reports, and guides from a single place. This new functionality is designed to make accessing key information faster and more straightforward.
This release introduces enhanced control over training visibility within the portal and app. You can now determine who sees training content in areas like the training matrix, timelines, and user profile pages.
This is done by assigning the training admin role within teams. Training admins will have the ability to view training for all members of their respective teams. Get answers to frequently asked questions about this feature here.
Improved source referencing in AIKA
We have improved how we reference sources in AIKA for a better and easier overview .
You can now easily review all sources cited in an answer within a new sources tab.
Sources within sections are now grouped under a single tab, with the relevant section highlighted to reduce clutter and improve focus.
Dynamic guides based on parent of subject
You can now dynamically pull guides from unit types that are parents of either the loop subject or report subject. This enhancement eliminates the need to directly attach images to centerlines; instead, you simply attach them to the parent to reference them in flows. This significantly streamlines the effort required to reference guides in flows.
Fixes
The following bugs have been fixed as part of this release:
- Incorrect Hungarian translations
- Page scrolling when clicking "Edit guide".
- Adding a Conditional element to a flow removes the 'Set as Report Title' Setting from an element.
