New features
AIKA is now available in the app
AIKA is now also available in the app, providing guidance at your fingertips. AIKA's access control remains the same: you can manage individual user access, including the option to specify if they can view only codified information (guides) or also uncodified information (reports).
AIKA is now smarter
This update transforms the assistant from a platform help tool into a comprehensive operational resource, reducing time spent searching for information and helping teams resolve issues faster.
AIKA can now answer questions related to information in reports, such as the number of safety incidents raised last week.
Deactivate users
System admins can now deactivate users through the portal, eliminating the need to contact support. Deactivated users will be immediately blocked from accessing the platform while preserving their account data, retaining their information in reports and timeline activities for audit purposes.
Account deletion will remain available through Support to ensure compliance with GDPR data removal requirements.
Fixes
The following bugs have been fixed as part of this release:
- Large training matrices are slow to load.
