Alex & Richard discuss the current divide seen throughout manufacturing. From front line workers and management, to Quality, Operations and Planning. They discuss the importance of a connected workforce - one factory having vision and communication, and how to achieve this through transparent leadership, team development & alignment and an important culture shift.

 

Alex worked for several years as a frontline manager in manufacturing and logistics at companies like Beiersdorf (Nivea) and Tesla. During this time she found her passion for people, leadership and organisational culture, therefore she completed a coaching and mediator training.

 

Today, she operates as a freelance consultant, coach and keynote speaker under the brand Frontline Sidekicks. Her goal is to empower the frontline workforce by supporting manufacturers & logistics providers to develop their workers, leaders and teams.
