Self Serve Data - Publishing Dashboards
When our clients are aiming to publish to the Zaptic workspace, we provide access to that workspace as well as the data source in the gateway so that clients can connect.
If our clients are looking to publish their data elsewhere we will work with them to provide options to do this.
New Dashboard Releases
When releasing a new dashboard, Zaptic will create a ‘dashboard spec’ that explains that dashboard's data prerequisites to your Portal users.
This can include which tasks and trainings are pulled in as well as an explanation of each visual and what it does.
