Business Intelligence with Intellect
All data generated in Intellect is stored within our reporting database. This data is used to power visual Boards that help customers review performance, monitor key metrics, and make more informed operational decisions.
Customers typically begin with Intellect’s standard library of Board visuals. During implementation, these Boards can be updated and refined to better align with the customer’s processes, KPIs, and business goals. Boards allow Portal users to view critical information in one place, interact with the data, and take action directly from the insights provided.

Every submitted report, created action, and other key activity within Intellect is captured and made available for reporting. With support from our Business Intelligence team, customers can use this information to identify trends, improve shop floor efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across their operations.

The goal of Intellect Boards is to support daily operations by making performance data easy to access, understand, and act on.
Boards incorporate a combination of analytics, data management and reporting tools that help you make sense of your data.
Through Boards you can also open submitted reports for on-hand data, ready for quick reviews and decision-making.
Power BI
Power BI, Microsoft’s data visualization platform, is Intellect’s preferred tool for reporting and analytics.
Our Business Intelligence team can work closely with your team to create dashboards that support your reporting and data visualization needs. We can also work with other reporting tools depending on your organization’s requirements. For more information, please speak with your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

Self Serve Data - Publishing Dashboards
When clients want to publish dashboards to the Intellect workspace, we provide access to the workspace and the required data source through the gateway so they can connect and publish their reports.
If clients want to publish dashboards outside of Intellect, we will work with them to review the available options and determine the best approach.

New Dashboard Releases
When a new dashboard is released, Intellect will provide a dashboard specification that outlines the data requirements and prerequisites for Portal users.
This may include which tasks and trainings are included in the dashboard, along with a clear explanation of each visual and what it is intended to show.

When configuring your BI Boards, a dedicated member of our Business Intelligence team will work directly with you to help meet your reporting and analytics needs.
After go-live, any BI-related questions, concerns, or requests should be submitted to Intellect Support, where they will be triaged and actioned by our BI team.
