An easy way to connect to the content and Data you require
Tags are a great way to enable you to find content and data. There are a number of different types of Tags that you can add.

- Organisation tags are available for Procedures and Guides and help to organise and find content within the portal.
- Architecture tags are used to locate and share specific Data to Boards or Integrations.
Organisation Tags
Procedure and Guides Tags

- When creating Procedures and Guides there is the opportunity to Tag the content. Content may have multiple Tags linked to the name, Machine, Line, user etc.
Adding Procedure Tags

- Procedures can be tagged from within the procedure Timeline. By using the +Add and typing the Tag name (Zaptic will recommend previously added Tag names, for standardisation

- There is Search and Filter functionality to assist with finding them easily.

- Guides can be tagged from within the guide. By using the +Add and typing the Tag name (Zaptic will recommend previously added Tag names, for standardisation)

- These Tags are useful to help with filtering and finding the content that you require.
Architecture Tags
Flow and Element Tags
Flow and element tags are a really useful addition to any flow.

- Integrations - They can be used within Integration scripts to ensure that the correct information is being collected and shared.
- Board Visualisations - They can assist with data accuracy by ensuring that the queries are always guided to the correct flow and element data within the flow. Without having to rewrite queries to suit Element titles or specific changing Data.
Adding Flow Tags

- Flows can be tagged from within the Task or Training. By selecting Settings then typing the Tag name (Zaptic will recommend previously added Tag names, for standardisation)

- Flow tags make it simpler to source the correct Flow when using Board Queries and Integrations, as they don’t rely on the Flow name staying the same.
Adding Element Tags

- Elements can be tagged from within the Flow. By selecting the element, settings page on the right, then + Add Element Tags (Zaptic will recommend previously added Tag names, for standardisation)
Adding Answer Tags

- You can tag choices within questions such as multi-select and dropdown. Answer Tags are essentially labels you can attach to specific answers within a workflow step so that the data collected can be grouped, filtered, or visualised more meaningfully in dashboards and reports.
These tags can be used in Board queries and Integrations, to ensure that the required data is collected, independent of the step name.
