🎓 ZapU is home to user guides designed to help you maximise the potential of Zaptic. From product guides to everyday use cases to specialist resources, ZapU ensures that there is always a resource to hand. 

🎓 We've provided courses to help you understand the Foundation of Zaptic to gaining a Core knowledge, to then specialising at Advanced level:

1️⃣Foundation Level: This is your introduction to Zaptic, perfect for someone who has never worked in Zaptic before. From reading the Foundation level, you should understand the basic concept of the Zaptic Portal and the Zaptic app.

2️⃣Core Level: The Core level covers everything a Super User would require within the Portal from setting a Procedure up, to inviting a team, getting a unit hierarchy in place to understanding data within boards.

3️⃣Advanced Level: Focusing on elements of Zaptic that may not be used on a daily basis - looking at a number of elements including the Content Loop, Integrations and Use Cases.
